CUP Cybersecurity Incident Update:

On June 10, Cambridge University Press suffered a cybersecurity incident of unknown scope. The CUP website is still available and the journals are accessible, but the incident has affected many of their backend systems. As a result, the conference registration system is currently unavailable. If you intend to register for Polmeth2024, please send an email to polmeth2024@gmail.com and then we will guide you on next steps. In short, if you have not registered yet, please plan to attend, but you will need to register once the system is back up. Thank you for your patience.

UPDATES: 

• SPM has allocated 50 travel awards for $1,000 each. Notifications for the travel awards are in your RSVP survey and also by email on May 4. If you did not get an email, then you were not selected for the travel award. The travel awards will be paid after you attend the meeting. This is a cash award and there are no restrictions on how you spend it -- it is just meant to subsidize your travel, hotel and registration.
• Applications for paper and poster presentations are now closed. We can still add a few more people to attend Polmeth but we are close to capacity, and accepting you to attend will depend on space availability; we ask you to "apply" to attend so that we can track registrations. If you have a particular need to attend Polmeth please add that in the comment box at the end. Also, please see the notice above about the CUP cybersecurity incident that is currently affecting registration.

Participation in Polmeth is by invitation only. You must fill out the application linked below to be considered.
