Location: Culver Center for the Arts

The poster session receptions will be hosted at the UCR Culver Center Art Museum on both Thursday and Friday after the panels conclude. The Culver Center is about a three minute walk from the Mission Inn Hotel.  Please visit their website for directions or click on this link for a map. As usual, the reception will feature hors d'oeuvres and beer and wine.

Poster presenters: Please see the program for the poster schedule and the exact time of the poster sessions and the name of your discussant. Detailed instructions for preparing and submitting your poster/paper are given in the meeting website under the "Presenter Instructions" tab.

Poster discussants: Please look at the program's poster session listing for your name, as almost everyone who is faculty or a postdoc has at least one poster to discuss (and almost everyone who is only attending and not presenting a paper has two posters to discuss). Traditionally, at Polmeth the job of the poster presenter is to stop by your assigned poster to have an in-depth discussion, and it is optional if you are able to read the paper or review the poster in advance. 

Childcare at the poster sessions: We have arranged for UCR staff members to be available during the poster sessions (but not during the panel sessions) to provide childcare. If you will require childcare and have not yet contacted us about that, please email us in advance at polmeth2024@gmail.com.
